Honey is our only sweetener. We don't use refined sugar, corn syrup, or anything artificial...ever! Our all natural caramels are made from honey, and our Peruvian organic chocolate is tempered and sweetened with honey. Our honey is Sonoran Desert wildflower honey, raw and unfiltered (but strained). We wild harvest ingredients when possible, and always look locally first for organic flavor ingredients. All our packaging is earth friendly, biodegradable and compostable, or recycled and recyclable content. Visit our Tubac demonstration kitchen and adjoining tasting room for a great experience!
