Chef Gerardo has a passion for and believes in the “Slow Food” Movement that celebrates and promote local foods, traditional gastronomy and food production. We buy and source local Sedona produce and meats as well as bringing in local and regional cuisine from various regions of Italy.

Gerardo’s Italian Kitchen is the newest award-winning Sedona Italian restaurant. Voted Best Italian in Sedona for 2018, eating here really a family experience. Locally owned and operated by Chef Gerardo, we offer the finest Italian cuisine deep in the heart of Sedona, AZ. We offer casual and fine dining experience, with traditional and homemade dishes passed down through generations and acquired from years of training and mentor ship under Italy’s Famous Chef Angelo Paracucchi in Italy.

All our pastas, ravioli, spaghetti, breads, and pizza dough are fresh as made in house. We use a combination of different flours to get the right mixtures and consistency for our water type.
